In event that the item requires shipping, Swanluxe will ship all items, insured at full value.

Returns will not be entertained unless authenticity is in question. 

In event of returns, solely by overseas buyers, due to major differences of item condition, users will bear costs of return.
Monies paid less restocking and administrative fees will be refunded.

Monies paid as lay-away or holding fees are unrefundable.

Swanluxe reserves the right to choose provider of shipping and delivery, tracking will be provided.

Overseas Payments may be via Paypal or Bank Transfers with prevailing and exchange rate charges borne by client.

Domestic Payments may be made via funds transfer or Credit Cards with prevailing fees.
